Hi, my name is Jim Olsen.
I am the owner of Viking Property Management LLC. I also am a licensed Realtor
with Century 21 Affiliated and in charge of the property management division. We
manage investment properties.
We manage everything from single family up to a 100 unit apartment complex. If
